Please use this email address to order your medications - please note, we are unable to reply to each request to confirm receipt - you should still allow 3 working days for your prescription to be processed

Covid-19 Vaccination Status

Unfortunately, we are unable to print letters confirming your covid vaccination status. Pease follow the link below to the NHS Inform website where you can access and print your vaccination record as required.

Our online booking system is currently switched off to allow us to triage appointment requests as appropriate.  This is in line with NHS Guidance.  Repeat prescriptions can still be ordered via the online portal.

Coronavirus -  Do not attend the Surgery if you have symptoms which you think could be related to this condition.

We are unable to accept routine patient registrations at this time, our workload capacity is not able to meet current demand on our service.

Repeat Prescriptions

We would like to remind patients repeat prescription requests are available 3 working days after your request has been handed in. If you have requested a non-repeat item, this may take a little longer to process as the doctor has to review your requirement in more detail.

We no longer provide a travel clinic at Meeks Road Surgery. 

Patients should self-refer to the NHS Forth Valley Travel Health Service using a risk assessment eform available on the immunisation page on NHS Forth Valley services page. 

Patients should self-refer with at least 6 weeks notice so that immunisation(s) will be effective at time of travel. For patients that can't use the eform, patients should contact the immunisation administration team on 0800 130 3120.
If a patient requires only free NHS vaccine, they will get their vaccine from the Immunisation team. If a patient requires NHS and private vaccine they will be directed to community pharmacy contractors that already offer private travel health services. These pharmacies will offer free NHS vaccines and charge patients for the private immunisation
