Language and sign interpreters can be accessed if we are made aware of the need well in advance of the consultation.
Unfortuntely we cannot provide interpreters for emergency/on-the-day appointments.
This is an excellent service, which costs the patient nothing. We prefer to use this service rather than relying on friends/family members and would strongly recommend it to you. However, there is a charge to the NHS for this service and we would be very grateful if you would cancel appointments in plenty of time to allow us to also cancel the arrival of the Interpreter.
